We require course fees to be paid at the time of enrolment to secure your place.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information, collected from you is kept secure and confidential. You may access your personal records at any time, upon request.
Student Support
If you have any additional needs that would cause a barrier to your learning or assessment, please let us know at the time of enrolment. We will work with you to identify what reasonable adjustments or flexibility you may need to participate.
Concessions
Concession rates apply to Indigenous people, holders of: Healthcare Card; Pensioner Concession Card; & Veteran’s Gold Card
Terms and Conditions of Bookings
- Bookings are only confirmed after receiving completed enrolment form and payment.
- Unless a class is postponed or cancelled by SKCC, refunds and transfers are only considered when a written request is received 10 days before your course begins. An administration fee of $20 applies. No refunds are given once a course has commenced. If you fail to attend a class that you have paid for, you will not receive a refund.
- Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. If your class is cancelled by SKCC, you will receive a full refund.
SKCC reserves the right to alter or postpone courses, or to change fees, teachers or locations if unforeseen circumstances occur. - If you pay by mail, your receipt will be emailed to you.
- SKCC respects your rights to privacy. Information that we collect and hold is kept in accordance with information privacy laws. A copy of our privacy policy is available on request (call 9399 3000).
- If you enrol in a Pre-accredited course, we will require additional information. You will need to fill in a detailed enrolment form.
- If there is a medical emergency, you authorise SKCC to seek appropriate care on your behalf and you accept full responsibility for expenses incurred.
- Once we receive your payment and enrolment form, we will not contact you before the class unless it is cancelled or postponed. Please remember to note class dates and times in your diary. And check your spam box for emails.
