South Kingsville Community Centre is governed by a volunteer Board of Management which is made up of community members who are passionate about lifting the profile of the centre and ensuring that the centre is responsive to the interests and needs of local residents. The board is bound by the constitution and guided by well-established policies and procedures, all of which provide the framework for delivering good governance and ensuring the centre meets its legal responsibilities whilst remaining financially viable.
The Board of Management includes a Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and Ordinary Members and each member dedicates around two hours of time per month to attend a meeting.
To become a board member, you must first be a paid member of the Centre. For more information on membership click here. Please contact us on 9399 3000 if you would like further information about the roles and responsibilities of the Board.
