The AWARD WINNING Real Estate agent & property expert Cate Bakos will facilitate this course. She has 14 years of experience & has assisted over 2,000 clients in the property industry. So learn all the valuable insights, tips & essential information about the real estate industry.
The learners will effectively use their knowledge while buying the property, selling the property, work in the real estate company, work as an agent etc.
This includes factors such as average home prices, mortgage payments, property taxes, rental rates, first home buyers grant, employment trends, etc. The more you know about the market, the better equipped you will be to make informed decisions.
This course addresses employability skills which can be used beyond the learning settings. As this is a taster course, so it also offers options to further study the Certificate III and Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents Representative Certificate) course or other courses. Employment pathways are related to: work as a real estate agent, or as an agent’s representative, opportunity to work in admin, reception, sales sector etc.
Or just use the earned knowledge when buying, selling or investing the properties.

• Cost: $50 full fee or $20 for concession
Bookings are only confirmed after receiving completed enrollment form and payment.
Unless a class is postponed or cancelled by SKCC, refunds and transfers are only considered when a written request is received 10 days before your course begins.
An administration fee of $35 applies. No refunds are given once a course has commenced. If you fail to attend a class that you have paid for, you will not receive a refund. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. If your class is cancelled by SKCC, you will receive a full refund. SKCC reserves the right to alter or postpone courses, or to change fees, teachers or locations if unforeseen circumstances occur.
If you enrol in a Pre-accredited course, we will require additional information. You will need to fill in a detailed enrolment form.
If there is a medical emergency, you authorise SKCC to seek appropriate care on your behalf and you accept full responsibility for expenses incurred.
